I am trying to download from AT&T computershare into Quicken. Computershare requires an I am human checkmark. How do I get aroundd this?

I checked your account, and I see it’s triggering an internal FDP-192 error. This happens when Quicken can’t complete the update because your financial institution (in this case, Computershare) is using an authentication method that Quicken doesn’t currently support—like the “I am Human” checkmark you mentioned.

Essentially, Quicken can’t bypass that kind of verification automatically. The recommended approach is to log in to your Computershare account directly and either adjust or temporarily deactivate that secondary authentication method (if the site allows), so Quicken can connect. Once that’s done, you can restart Quicken and try updating again.
If it still doesn’t work after 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support so our support agents can look into it further and escalate if needed.
