Quicken AMEX High Yield Savings Account will not connect.
My American Express High Yield Savings account will not connect to allow transaction download via the Quicken Connect transaction download process.
Quicken Version: Mac 8.3.3
Problem was identified on 23Nov25
I am unable to connect this issue with a recent release/update.
Bank name: American Express Bank. I use American Express as the Financial Institution. I do not see any error messages. The Quicken Connect transaction download process only lists my credit card accounts (I have three). The Savings account doesn't show up in the list of accounts to add.
What I have done prior to asking for help: I have disconnected the download connections for my FOUR American Express Accounts. I have gone through the process of setting up the accounts for Quicken Connect using American Express as my financial institution. When I log in and return to Quicken only THREE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS are listed. My AMEX High Yield Savings Account is NOT listed. I have looked for another financial institution, but I don't see another one.
Please advise.

Hello @cbellaustx,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Are you the primary account holder for the account? Have there been transactions, other than interest payments, in the last 90 days? What is the URL (web address) that you use when logging into the financial institution website directly to view the account?
I look forward to your reply!

Yes. I am the only one with access.Have there been transactions, other than interest payments, in the last 90 days?
Yes. At least two monthly deposits and two monthly withdrawals.

Thank you for your reply,
Are you able to connect the account using a different connection option, such as American Express - Delegate? Trying a different connection option can sometimes help, especially if the issue is being caused by the account type not being supported.
If trying a different connection option doesn't resolve the issue, then the next step is to try restoring a backup from before the issue started, and test to see if the issue is resolved in the newly restored file.
Let me know how it goes!
