Getting cc-501 unknown error when downloading from Firstbank Colorado

Been a few days and connection to Firstbank of Colorado seems to be broken. Getting "unknown error" cc-501.

    FYI .. I reset and it failed. I reset again, and it connected and I was able to link existing accounts and all seems to be well
