Oriental Bank of Puerto Rico -Updated Data Not Downloading

I have a Quicken Classic for MAC. The Oriental Bank account is listed and included in updates. To date, the balance is ZERO, and no payments /Transactions are listed. Not possible.

Please advise

    Thank you for sharing your experience.

    I checked your connection to Oriental Bank Consumer, and I don't see any error messages, so that is a good thing.

    That being said, if you are not seeing transactions download, that would be considered missing transactions. Please review this Support Article and apply the steps therein. If the steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly so they can investigate the issue further and process an escalation if needed.

    I cannot download now from this bank . I get the following error :

    Details:
    CP_SERVER_ERROR
    Expected value should match 'unique authenticationFieldId in credential array'

    Please assist.

    I checked your connections internally, and it appears that since your last response, this issue has been resolved, and you are no longer receiving an error when connecting to this bank. Is that correct?
