Continuing issues with Ameris Bank (Atlanta GA)
I am on Windows Quicken (R65.17 - 27.1.65.17) and can no longer update transactions from Ameris Bank. It was working fine up until the week before Thanksgiving. Now it gave me the standard CC-501 error- Facing an unknown error. In other posts, it suggested either resetting the connection, or deactivate the connection and reactivate. Neither one of those worked, and now it will not let me reconnect at all. So now my Ameris checking is marked Transaction Download - No (Activate Downloads) on the account list with no way to connect again. And I cannot chose the Ameris Bank to connect to; it always tries to connect to "Ameris Bank - GA". It was suggested in another post to use "Ameris Bank - Personal Banking", but I cannot see how to change that.
Also, I can no longer import a QFX. As a work around to the above issue, I logged on to Ameris Bank website and downloaded a QFX file. When trying to import it, I get Unable to complete your request [OL-221-A], and [OL-221-B].
What is going on with Quicken and Ameris Bank? And Quicken wants to raise subscription costs? For this?

Added note: I did see the announcement about Ameris Bank issues with Quicken for Mac. I am using Quicken for Windows.

This is a known issue that has already been escalated internally, though we do not currently have an ETA for resolution. While the investigation remains ongoing, please refer to this active Community Alert for any and all available updates and information. (Note: The alert applies to both Windows and Mac.)
Regarding the OL-221 error when importing a QFX file—please refer to this support article for more details. As stated there, receiving this error when importing a QFX file downloaded directly from your bank's website indicates an issue with the file itself. In this case, you will need to contact your financial institution for further assistance, as they must correct or regenerate the QFX file before it can be successfully imported into Quicken.
