Is anyone having issues with Investor360 downloads?
Investor360 changed to MFA last month. Since then I have not been able to connect to download any transactions. Any ideas?

In FIDIR.TXT, which is a file on your computer that records all of the connections between Q and the various Financial Institutions, Investor360 is still shown as supporting Direct Connect.

So, what exactly happens when you try to download? Are you not getting the MFA message?
And, when you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns across from your Investor360 account?
