Now getting this error today:

Could you confirm whether you’re still seeing FDP‑101, or is it now showing FDP‑187 on your end?
- If you are seeing FDP‑187, this typically happens when a security question/answer mismatch occurs during the connection. Please follow this support article for guidance.
- If you are still seeing FDP‑101 after following the steps for FDP‑187, then please review this support article that applies to FDP‑101. I have been also receiving this error. Even with MFA, been going on for over a week.

Yes, I'm receiving the same error as well. The MFA just isn't being accepted.

Error here as well. Several days and counting - sent report in.

Details:
QCS_SERVER_ERROR
Invalid acquire request.Initial sign-in seems to work, but this error occurs when attempting the MFA, as noted in earlier comments. Verified that logging in directly through Nordstrom website (including MFA) works normally.

Thanks for reporting these issues! After reviewing each of your accounts, I can confirm that all three of you are experiencing FDP‑187 internally. Please refer to the guidance provided in my earlier response for next steps regarding this error, which typically relates to a security question or MFA mismatch during the connection.
@blubkeman – Regarding the FDP‑4000 error you mentioned, we currently have this open Community Alert on this error occurring with multiple financial institutions. While Nordstrom is not currently listed on that alert, we do not yet have a complete list of affected institutions, so it’s possible Nordstrom may be impacted as well. I recommend following the alert for updates. At this time, there is no ETA available.
