Fidelity Issues

I understand that you are aware of Fidelity update issues. In my case, October was a disaster, but I was able to manually fix it. November was better, except that one of my 4 accounts did not update at all. It has 20 pages of transactions that I would have to enter manually. Can you tell me if that is something that you are aware of and are working on? If not, could it bed added to the list? Please advise. Thanks.

We're other users, not Q employees (for the most part), and I personally am having NO PROBLEMS downloading from Fidelity into 6 account 6 days a week.

SO, you need to be specific about any problem you're having if you expect any help here.

In particular, what type of account is the one that is not downloading?

Fidelity Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are no longer downloading transactions to Quicken.

Not the originator of this thread, but I am also having problems with transactions not downloading — in my case it's into a Cash Management account.

My brokerage account & IRA are fine.

I spent about 5 hours this weekend getting my cash management account accurate again and will watch closely going forward for missing transactions on the download.

At first, I was very understanding about all the problems, but I am starting to get a bit frustrated with the amount of time I need to spend fixing things up.

I recognize that the folks on this thread are also quicken users and I am not expecting anyone to have a solution. Just sharing my experience, and perhaps a bit of my frustration…

I have had a similar problem with regard to the cash accounts associated with my brokerage accounts. I would like for someone to explain the specific steps/setup to accurately record a downloaded dividend into a cash account associated with that brokerage account. I am a long time user of Quicken and until the recent change required by Fidelity these transactions were accurately going to the cash account set up for each brokerage account.

My own experience is that if it was downloaded, it gets entered properly.

are you asking how to manually enter the ones that were missed?
