UPDATE! 12/8/25 FirstBank of Colorado - CC-501 / CP_SERVER_ERROR

We are aware of an online banking issue with FirstBank of Colorado returning a CC-501 error in Quicken for Windows. We have only received notification of errors on Quicken for Windows at this point, however the financial institution may return a ‘CP_SERVER_ERROR’ error in Quicken for Mac.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
