Why does Bills and Income keep reverting back to previous amounts on Bills due?

In my budget planning, I update my scheduled bills with actual amounts or delete the bill for the current month. The next day, I log in and the bills are back and/or have been updated with the planned amount. Also, occasionally, the bills completeley disappear and I have to create new ones.

The system seems a more unstable in the latest releases going back at least a year.

    Hello @Kana,

Thank you for sharing your experience and reporting the issues you are seeing.

I am wondering if this could be something getting stuck in the cloud sync. Can I have you reset your cloud data?

    To do this:

    1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.... edit>preferences.png
    2. Choose Mobile & Web from the left-hand menu. Screenshot 2025-12-16 at 9.54.49 AM.png
    3. Click the blue Reset your cloud data link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset Cloud Sync.

Let me know if you still see issues with your reminders after completing these steps.

    Thank you!
