Citi transactions download, but won't reconcile until status is manually updated

    I am having the issues where the Citi transactions download, but they do not reconcile, and I have to manually click the status to reconcile each transaction.

    My Citi credit card charges download, but they do not reconcile. I have automatic reconcile set, but the screen says that my account is not reconciled. I will need to manually go in and click each transaction that has downloaded, and check the reconcile button each transaction.

    Please clarify. What screen are you referring to that's saying your account isn't reconciled? Is the automatic reconcile coming up, but saying the balance doesn't match the online balance? Is the automatic reconcile not coming up at all? Are you able to reconcile by navigating to Tools>Reconcile an Account or using the Ctrl+R keyboard shortcut?
