USAA Checking does not show up when doing web connect

Only my CC account shows up, never the checking, so I cannot add it.

Been going on for a long time. Possibly listed under another financial institution?

    I can report this issue resolved. Moderator please note and report to all those that have this issue.

    My checking account reverted to inactive status after a year of no transactions (Not counting interest earned). The helpful support person returned my checking account to active status and now the account shows up when adding to web connect!

    I hope this helps all with this issue.
