Agreed. This connection and update seems to be hit-or-miss. Some days it works, some days it doesn't.

If you are still receiving these errors, please go to Help>Report a problem>Send to Quicken and send over new log files.

OneAmerica is still not downloading properly. Its inconsistent. Sometimes it works when the account is a part of the complete daily upload -- or not. Sometimes it will work when I try to update the individual account - or not.
I just submitted another set of log files (this morning) to reflect my experience. Thank you.

This remains a problem. Further, I thought maybe resetting the account might help. Instead, the application went out, updated institutional information, and then presented a dialogue from which there was no escape.
Clicking the buttons on the dialogue had no effect, clicking the 'x' to close it had no effect and hitting the ESC key had no effect. I had to use Task Manager to kill the executable!
After restarting, I received the same error for OneAmerica that I have in the past (unable to establish an internet connection). To the extent its useful, I uploaded another set of logs, because the 'connection reset' step may be instructive.
