Bank & Trust download error

Thank you for sharing your experience.

After reviewing your connections internally, I am unable to see any connection attempts to Enterprise Bank & Trust. This could be due to your connection to them being a Direct Connect connection. Do you know if this is the connection method you are using?

You can check this in the same location where you deactivate the account. You would go to Tools>Account List.

Once there, click Edit next to you Enterprize account.

Go to the Online Services tab, and the connection method should be displayed here.

If you are receiving these errors while connected to a Direct Connect connection, I would first recommend reaching out to the financial institution for guidance, as we do not have access to their servers. They may already be aware of this issue, or at least provide some insight into it.

If you are unable to get anywhere with the bank, let us know. Additionally, providing a screenshot of the error message you are receiving would be helpful as well. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
