Unable to add Osaic eQuipt to Simplifi

I can log in at the Osaic eQuipt Client portal here (https://app.osaic.com/equipt/login), but I can't add Osaic eQuipt as an account within Simplifi. I'm using the Windows version on my laptop.

When I search for institutions I get none for "eQuipt." When I search for "Osaic" I get 3 responses, none of which are aligned with eQuipt. In contacting Osaic’s support team, they indicate that one should be able to find “eQuipt” in the list of firm names, then select the brokerage firm “Osaic.” Clearly that is not working. As clearly, the issue lie within Simplifi.

It's frustrating since this is the only account I am unable to add to track my investments. Please assist.
