Us treasuries question - bond redemption

ok, so i am used to bond redmption issues where i need to change a deposit to a sale to remove the bond from the holdings. I had a US treasuries redemption - i see the deposit, but it appears the holding were removed in Q. I don't see A quicken transaction that would do that. And, I am at a loss at how to categorize the deposit.

Previously reported issue with us treasuries

"Every time a US Treasury Bond matures quicken downloads it as a Deposit and I have to manually edit it to bond sell so that the balance goes away. Am I doing that right and Quicken needs to fix it or should I be doing something else?" Answer was broker sends us the deposit.

ok, But when i look at quicken - what removed the US treasury bond?

this was the initial transaction (Schwab)

The only way of removing a security that I'm aware of is via a Sold or Remove action, but you're saying the bond disappeared "magically?" Was the bond still in your Holdings on the 14th, 15th, 16th, and then disappeared on the 17th?

I suspect a placeholder got entered that effectively removed the shares.

Check your Preferences to be be sure your investments are set to show hidden transactions. If there is a placeholder you’ll be able to see it and delete it. Then you should be able to go the Sell pathway.
