Target Transaction download has not been working since December 15, 2025. I have reset this account twice, but no luck.

    Thank you for letting us know you're having trouble downloading transactions from Target. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Are you seeing any error messages/codes, or are transactions just failing to download?

    If the issue is that transactions are failing to download, that is, unfortunately, a known issue. For more information, please see this Community Alert:

    Other customers impacted by the issue have reported that transactions for the statement period download when the new statement comes out.

    There are no error messages, just failing to download transactions.

    Since the issue you're encountering matches the known issue, I recommend that you bookmark the Community Alert that I linked in my earlier post in order to be notified of any updates, once available, and to know when the issue is resolved.

    Other customers have reported that transactions typically do download when the statement closes. Has your statement period closed yet? If it has, did transactions from that statement period download?

    This is so annoying. It appeared to be fixed a month ago, and now it's not working for more than a month. Can anyone tell us what is going on and why?
