Why can't I access Quicken?
It says my subscription is due. My bank account BMO shows $71.88 out of my account to Quicken. So I am assuming my subscription has been paid. Everything I have tried has failed. I cannot even access my software. This is absurd. I do not access any of my financial accounts through Quicken. I strictly use it as a bookkeeping tool and for reports.
Please get me a quick fix.
Thanks,
Lorraine Swiger

Please do this:
In Quicken on your desktop / laptop click Help / Refresh Sign inIf that doesn't work …
• Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
• Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
• Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using the Quicken ID (email ID) you used to pay your renewal fee.And if that still doesn't work, contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help.
