When entering the rate on an invoice, allow 3 digits after the decimal for cents [Edited] (Q Mac)
I have a Longarm Machine Quilting Business. When I invoice clients I charge by the square inch. I currently charge $0.025 but the rate always rounds up to $0.03.
I am able to manually change the total amount to the correct amount, however the system won't let me change the rate or even leave blank. Thus I have to manually write on the printed invoice the correct rate and I am unable to send an electronic invoice.
Is there a workaround for this or am I doing something wrong.
I have classic business and personal for Mac.
Thank you for any input.

As a workaround … I know this sounds silly …
Can you enter 0.025 as Qty and actual number of square inches as Rate?
At least, until the programmers can change this …0 -
I am having the same problem with billing mileage. The IRS rate is 0.725 / mile and the invoice wants to round up to 0.73.

I have the same issue as Lindaread and am also a Longarmer! Cannot charge the extra fraction of a cent commonly used in our industry, also our tax rate is 7.44% so that calculation is also off.
