Reminders for a debit card not working

In LifeHub, I have not been able to create a reminder from the expiration date of a debit card in a checking account. I have successfully created reminders from birthdays and from regular credit cards, but not from a debit card in a checking account. I have tried this on an iPhone 17 Pro, iOS 26.2, running your latest version of the app. I have also tried this on an iPad M4 running iPadOS 26.2 in Safari. Also from my MacBook Pro M4 running macOS 26.2 in Safari. And in case you ask, I have also tried Chrome.

You asked for how this went. I called support and had an absolutely horrible experience. I kept being told that feature was unavailable when clearly the framework is there and should work the same as a birthday or expiration date for a credit card.

I am using this product because I received an introductory rate. If I cannot get adequate support for a product it should be free. I am praying that I will never have to call this support line for the quicken product I have been using for years.

    Absolutely horrid!!!!!!!!
