Synchrony-Amazon Store Card - cant access/login via quicken

Hi,

I saw someone else had created a thread, but unfortunately, the discussion was closed.
I've tried deactivating and reactivating, but when I input my credentials (which are confirmed correct, so please don't ask), it says that they are not.

I believe the issue is that Synchrony uses multiple "front doors" for access. Another potential clue - I did get a new Amazon card with a new account number… but this feels moot because I can't access the account via quicken anyways to update it.

Lastly, I noticed that when I do get to the Quicken Synchrony login popup, it says the web address is www.syncbank.com, but that is not synchrony's actual website - its www.synchrony.com.

Please advise.

    Thank you for sharing your experience and reporting the issues you are running into.

    I can see why this would be confusing. It's definitely strange that it's not accepting your credentials, and is showing a different URL than the one you use to view this account. Good catch on that!

    There is an instance in Quicken that uses the URL www.synchrony.com, it's Value City Furniture Credit Card.

    I get the same error with my Synchrone Mastercard, a week ago Synchrony changed the sign on procedure and now i can't find it in any sites suggested in quicken. Synchrony says they are in the process of combining all the different sign in pages into just one.
