In Quicken, how do I tag investment dividends?

    Thank you for reaching out with this question. Investment registers don't have a visible tag column, but you may be able to add a tag by typing a slash (/) in the category field following the category name, and then enter the tag.     BUT … normal income transactions, Div, int, etc. don’t have a category option. Therefore, you’d need to record the transaction as a MiscInc transaction where you can assign the category (_DivInc for a dividend) and the append the /tag to that category.

    Too much work in my opinion. How about using the memo field?
