I was never able to connect my bank to Quicken

After a year on Quicken, I was never able to connect my bank in Canada, Caisses Desjardins, to online banking; Quicken was pretty useless to me. I don't know why I have to write a post here. I'd rather send an email to the company directly. Anyway, I canceled my renewal. I haven't used it in a year.

If any Quicken employee can reach out to me, it would be appreciated.

    Thank you for sharing your experience, though I am sorry to hear that you have cancelled your subscription.

    As far as connections to specific banks go, Quicken does not decide which banks are supported and which aren't. This decision is made on the bank's end.

    For Caisses Desjardins to be a supported financial institution in Quicken, they will need to reach out to get that set up. You can call them and request that you be able to connect your accounts in Quicken.
