The OL-221-A error typically occurs when Quicken isn’t able to process the file being provided by the financial institution, even though you may be able to sign in successfully on the bank’s website.
To help narrow this down, can you confirm whether the affected U.S. Bank account(s) are connected using Express Web Connect+ or if you’re encountering this error while importing a Web Connect (QFX) file?
For additional information, you can review this support article, which outlines common causes and troubleshooting steps for OL-221 errors, including disabling VPNs, waiting and retrying the next business day, and identifying the connection type.
If you’re receiving this error while importing a QFX file, please know that this is a known issue that has already been escalated internally and is being tracked under CTP-16089. There is no ETA available at this time, but we do recommend submitting your log files via Help > Report a Problem so your information can be added to the existing investigation.
