Persistent issues with Fidelity NetBenefits since Fall of 2025

Last Fall Fidelity Net Benefits started having persistent issues. First, my transactions duplicated. The only solution was to disconnect and add a new account, which wiped away all of my history, so any net worth or performance history reports are useless.

Now, downloads stop every few days, and only start again after I disconnect and reconnect.

I'm looking for a permanent solution here. I've been a Quicken user for close to 30 years and honestly, I'm thinking of switching since this issues does not give me an accurate accounting of my accounts.

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

    • Do you still have issues with duplicate transactions?
    • When did this issue with downloads stopping until you deactivate/reactivate start?
    • Is this impacting all your Fidelity NetBenefits accounts?
    • What process are you using when you deactivate and reconnect the accounts?
      • Are you using the Connect Account button in the account, or using the + sign like you're adding a new account?
