problem re-adding account to quicken
I'm having a weird issue with reading an account in quicken classic
I restored a file on my Windows machine. Naturally it wanted me to reset my account for online access. Problem is that two of my credit unions are exhibiting Error Code: CC-929.
I can logon to my accounts in a browser with no issues.
I have completely removed and reinstalled Quicken, opened a completely new file. none of this has helped.
I also changed the password on one of my accounts for troubleshooting purposes. This did not help either
I also had quicken installed on my Mac. My account synced on the Mac for the credit union where I had NOT changed the password, but it failed for the credit union where I did change the password. Recall I Can log on to this credit union using a browser. the error is Care Code: CC-929 (QCS-0429-2)
So it appears that sync works until I reset the connection in quicken or change a password which requires re-authorization, and then it fails.
Any help is appreciated.
