Clear Mountain Bank Verification Code

Over the past few weeks, when I perform a One Step Update, Clear Mountain Bank is now always requesting that they send me a verification code before Quicken will download transactions. I'm using Express Web Connect to connect to the bank. This also occurs when I select the Update Now. I've tried deactivating and reactivating the connection, but the issue remains. Any thoughts?

    Thank you for reaching out! The financial institution determines when and how often to require multi-factor authentication. Did this change in behavior coincide with any updates to the financial institution website and/or security policy? Have you contacted the financial institution about this change in behavior?
