Philadelphia Deferred Compensation (Philly457.com)
For approximately 4-5 months, the ability to download transactions from Philadelphia Deferred Compensation has been failing on Mac. Interestingly, it works fine while using a sandboxed Virtual PC Quicken for Windows. Similarly, downloading the statements from Philadelphia Deferred compensation and trying to import into Mac fails yet works with Windows.
Any help appreciated!

Hello @Jordbarnet,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing an issue. To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools, and can see you are getting a no account found error in Quicken for Mac. Is that what you see on your end when attempting to connect your account(s)?
You mentioned that it's been failing for 4-5 months. Was Philadelphia Deferred Compensation previously connected and working in your Quicken for Mac? If it was previously connected, then per our article on FDP-106 (account not found) errors, backup your Quicken file, make sure all accounts with Philadelphia Deferred Compensation are deactivated, then try reconnecting them by navigating to Accounts>Add Account and following the prompts, making sure to carefully link to the existing account in Quicken.
What happens when you try to import into Quicken for Mac? Do you see any error messages?
I look forward to your reply!
Quicken Kristina
