Cancel and Refund

I recently signed up for Simplifi, 2 days ago, and would like to cancel and get a reufnd as I'm within 30 days. Can I do that online? I want to use the Desktop version instead.

    To receive a refund, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly. They can handle the refund for you and even help you purchase a new one if needed.

    Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

    ello, I need help with my Quicken subscriptions.

    I currently have Quicken Classic, and I recently tried Simplifi under the satisfaction guarantee. I have now been charged for both Quicken Classic and Simplifi.

    I am not satisfied with Simplifi and would like a refund under the Simplifi refund guarantee.

    In addition, I am unable to access my account through Quicken.com — it will not allow me to log in, even after trying password reset steps.

    Could you please:

    1. Process a refund for the Simplifi charge, and
    2. Help restore or confirm access to my Quicken account and the correct email associated with my subscriptions?

    We are unable to do anything involving payments and refunds through this channel. To request a refund for Quicken Simplifi, please follow the directions in this article: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/3412542-how-to-cancel-and-get-a-refund-for-quicken-simplifi#h_0d87b8b10e .

    If you prefer, you could also reach out to Quicken Simplifi Support directly. Please note that to request a refund, you would need to reach out to them by phone or chat.

    To assist with your second issue, I checked our internal tools and can see that you have two Quicken IDs. The one that you used today, and which is associated with your account on this Community, is not associated with any subscriptions. For Quicken to recognize your subscription, you would need to login using your other Quicken ID.

    I have been charged for 2 Quicken applications: Quicken Classic and Quicken Simplifi. Please refund the charges for Quicken Simplifi. I find it does not meet by bookkeeping needs! I have tried now for several days, made many attempts to connect with you and I simply cannot connect with Quicken through the "my subscription/manage my subscription" option. I'm very frustrated~
