    Not sure it will help, but… please add me to any fix notifications.

    I've been able to update Janus vis One-Step-Update for years, but a while back it quit working, asking me for a Janus password. I can log on to Janus just fine, but changed my password twice, hoping to make Quicken happy. It didn't work. When I enter a working password into my vault, I get a message that states something like "Janus doesn't accept that password." Well, Janus DOES accept my password. It meets all Janus requirements. I'd love to get this working. Thanks!

    This password issue for has been going on since Nov 25 with no real update from Quicken. When is this going to be addressed?

    Like others, I am no longer able to download Janus Henderson transactions into Quicken. Like others, I have contacted both Janus Henderson and Quicken. The folks at Janus state that the problem lies with Quicken and that there is nothing they can do. Quicken Kristina keeps telling us that we have been "added to the ticket" regarding this issue. Can anyone clarify what being "added to the ticket" means and specifically what Quicken is doing to resolve this issue? Also, it would be nice to hear that Quicken and Janus Henderson are working together to resolve this issue.

    it's been months, when is there going to be a fix for JANUS AND OR JANUS HENDERSON ….there is no issues logging into my accounts directly why is quicken not accepting passwords

    Please add me to this ticket as well. I'm almost ready to move my mutual funds from Janus Henderson and put them in my brokerage account at Fidelity, where this tool works.
