Anyone else getting OL-221-A or OL-221-B when updating accounts online?

I'm having the same issue with Rockland Trust bank. They just bought out Enterprise Bank and I never had an issue with them. Rockland uses Direct Connect. When had to switch banks I followed the instructions to set up the connection between Rockland and Quicken (I have Quicken Classic Business and Personal) and it worked. Second time I tried to use One Step Update, Quicken failed to connect to the bank. Rockland says they have "adjusted" my profile to use Direct Connect and they are telling me it's a Quicken issue. Any help from anyone?

Hello @Jparis61,
Thank you for sharing your experience! You posted to a discussion about OL-221 errors, but I can see when you contacted Support, you were reporting an OL-393 error. To help troubleshoot, please confirm what error message/code you are receiving.
You mentioned that you already spoke with Rockland Trust and they adjusted your profile. Did they mention if you need to do any sort of authorization on their website to allow Quicken to connect?
I look forward to your response!
Quicken Kristina
