Memorized Transaction Not Using Category

When I add a new transaction to my checking reg and use the pull down to select a memorized transaction it doesn't display the category I have assigned to the transaction.
Any ideas why?

    I needed to enable 'Complete using previous entry' and 'Recall memorized payees.'

    All is well.
