can not connect to Sallie Mae Bank

I am running windows 11 and Quicken Classic Deluxe. I have been unable to update my account information from Sallie Mae Bank since the beginning of December 2025. Sallie Mae support says it is a problem with Quicken. Does anyone have any information regarding the issue.

    Thanks for reaching out. To better understand what’s happening, could you please provide a bit more detail about what you’re seeing when you try to update the Sallie Mae Bank account? For example, are you receiving a specific error code or error message, and does the issue occur during One Step Update or when updating the account individually?

If what you’re experiencing matches what’s described in the alert, the issue has already been escalated and is actively being worked on, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

    i was getting error 505, now the form to sign in has Userid and Password reversed, also that Quicken knows about the problem and is investigating. This has been going on sine early December.

    The reversed User ID and Password fields you’re seeing is also a known issue. We do have an internal script-related ticket open for this, and our teams are actively working to get it corrected. Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA to share at this time.
