    Similar issue, I've been experiencing this for about a week (February 2026). It still doesn't work for me. Quicken won't download Huntington transactions. If I download a QFX file from Huntington manually and try to import it into Quicken, an error pops up: "Quicken is unable to complete your request.[OL-221-A] [OL-221-B]". This is not a Quicken issue, but a Huntington one. I can tell because if I examine the QFX file downloaded from Huntington's website in a Notepad editor, the output is not what is expected. It's only a few lines with the last line reading "Request unsuccessful."

When financial institutions make changes to how their Quicken-formatted (QFX) files are created, it can sometimes prevent Quicken from importing them correctly—even though website access works and the file downloads successfully.

    • If a QFX file downloaded directly from the bank’s website fails to import and returns an OL-221 error, the file itself is not formatted as expected.
    • In this scenario, the issue needs to be addressed by the financial institution, since Quicken does not have the ability to modify or correct the file the bank is sending.

    Because you’ve already confirmed the QFX file contents appear incomplete (“Request unsuccessful”), the next step would be to contact Huntington and let them know their Quicken/QFX export is failing, and ask for escalation to their online banking or file export support team.
