Vanguard won’t download transactions
As of 2/12/26 am Vanguard will not perform one step update. It says your financial institution does not recognize the account.
I reset the Vanguard accounts but still nothing. Anyone else seeing this?

Same here. Vanguard website is also unable to display account balances. Problem is on the Vanguard end, not Quicken.

However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

It works for me now. Must have been a temporary issue on Vanguard's end.
