RE: ONGOING 12/16/25 Bank of America Reconcile Balance Includes Pending Transactions

Still NO FIX! It's been months! Not acceptable. In the past when this has happened (and this usually happens at least once a year), there was a fix in a couple of weeks at the most. Now it's been going on for months. Is anyone actually working on this?

    I understand the continued frustration, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    This issue does still have an active Community Alert and has not yet been marked as resolved. Our teams are aware and continuing to work with Bank of America toward a resolution, though we do not have an ETA available at this time.
