One Step Update runs days behind

The one-step update does not update daily whereas I can download to my excel daily. My daily condition is never realized without going to my bank website myself.

    Hi @Bodoflores,

    Thank you for your question.

Quicken Classic downloads transactions once they have been posted by your financial institution and made available through their download service. It does not download pending transactions.

If you are able to download transactions into Excel on the same day, it’s possible that the bank’s CSV export includes pending activity, while Quicken only receives fully posted transactions. Many financial institutions also update downloadable data in batches, which may occur later in the day or overnight.

If you are experiencing problems with a specific account, please let me know which bank and connection method you’re using, and I’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot further.

Please do TOOLS, Account List and tell us, for each bank/card/etc, that's experiencing this what's in the "Transaction Download" Column.

I suspect that they all say "Express Web Connect" (or perhaps they have the + after that).

Express Web Connect (+) works by Intuit, as Q's agent, going out to the websites and collecting the info. But this happens on Intuit's schedule … not your's, and typically sometime in the wee hours of the morning.

When you run an OSU, you're actually downloading from Intuit, not your FIs. And if Intuit hasn't yet collected the info, there won't be anything to download.

SO, about what time of day are you running OSU? I have mine set to automatically run at 8am Central and haven't experienced the delays you've had.
