Added a Fidelity investment account

Added a Fidelity investment account and it shows downloaded and added but never shows in account register

    Hello @arauseo,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing an issue. It's a bit unclear what the exact issue you're encountering is.

    To clarify, is the problem that you're not able to see transactions in the newly added account?

    If that is the issue, first, check to make sure you have the account set up for Complete investing. If it is set to Simple investing, you will not see the register at all (it will instead show a dashboard for the account). To view/change which investment tracking method the account is set for, please navigate to Tools>Account List. Click the Edit button next to the account. On the General tab, near the lower left, it will show whether you have Simple or Complete selected. If it is on Simple, change it to Complete.
