Schwab download with multiple user IDs and accounts

I have multiple accounts with Schwab. Some may be accessed via my login, some via my wife's login and some from either. Recently ( in the last month) I updated from a backup and it asked to reactivate all my accounts. I reactivated the accounts associated with my login, but when I attempted to reactivate the accounts associated with my wife's login, the first set of accounts are deactivated. If I reverse the sequence I get the same result. i.e. I seem to only be able use one Schwab user login. This was never an issue in the past.

    Hello @murts1,

Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot, please provide additional information:

    1. Are there any authorized users on the accounts?
    2. When you authorize the accounts on Schwab's website, do you see all the accounts, or just the ones under the login you're currently authorizing?
      1. If you see all the accounts, are you making sure to leave all of them selected?
    3. When linking the accounts in Quicken, does it see all the accounts, or just the ones under the login credentials you're reconnecting?
      1. If it sees all accounts, are you making sure to select Don't add to Quicken for the accounts under the other login? Don't add to Quicken Dropdown.png

I look forward to your reply!

1 - No other authorized users

2 - There are both joint and individual accounts. I will see all joint and the individual accounts linked to whose ever login i have used.

3 - I see only the accounts linked to the respective login. I activate joint accounts and her individual accounts on on my wife's login and only my individual accounts on my login. This is the same as I have done previously without issue and as I do currently with our Fidelity accounts, again without issue.

I am having the same issue. I thought there may have been some sort of outage.
