Vanguard transaction download message: "An error has occurred."
It looks like data downloads, and I cannot pinpoint the cause of the error or if there is, in fact, an error.

To better understand what may be happening, could you please provide a bit more information?
- When did the issue first begin?
- Are new transactions still downloading?
- Do you see a specific error code in the Update Summary window? If so, what is the exact code/message?
- Are your accounts enrolled in bill pay?
- How many affected accounts do you have with Vanguard, and what types of accounts are they (e.g., brokerage, IRA, etc.)?
- Have you made any recent changes on the financial institution’s website?
- Have you noticed any recent changes to the website itself (security updates, new interface, additional verification steps, etc.)?
Your answers will help us narrow down the possible causes and determine the appropriate next steps.
