Missing FDRXX transactions and no shares in portfolio (QMac)

    I'm having a similar problem in my Fidelity account with not all FDRXX (Fidelity Government Money Market) transactions not pulling down. Only the reinvested dividends download. I've been adding BUYS/SELLS manually from the statements. Recently I noticed that Quicken is reporting NO shares of FDRXX in Portfolio. When downloading balances Quicken believes that there are no FDRXX shares and Quicken adds a balancing transaction at the bottom of the transaction register to bring the balance to 0 shares at the time of the download. If I add this number to my account value it reflects the Fidelity online account balance. Talking to Quicken support right now after uploading some screenshots for them and "Reporting a Problem" under the Quicken help menu. Fidelity's Electronic Support Team asked me to contact quicken directly and provide them with the Quicken Ticket number. Good luck all. We'll see if they get this fixed.
