I no longer get transactions downloaded when I update. The bottom of the screen only shows placeholder entries. I have another Schwab in a different file, which works fine.

I reviewed your account and, as you mentioned, one data file appears to be connecting properly while the other is not. Before we proceed with troubleshooting, please provide a bit more information.
- What is the name of the data file where the account is not working?
- Are you receiving any error messages when updating the account? If so, what is the exact error code/message?
- What is the date of the last transaction that successfully downloaded in the affected account?
- Have you already tried deactivating and reactivating the account?
