How to fix "Bank of America" login issues - Quicken's instructions are wrong

Reading the instructions in the first comment from

on how to fix a broken connection after the switchover… the instructions are incorrect. Specifically,

  1. Log in to the Bank of America website and navigate to:
    1. Security Center > Third-Party Site Access
    2. Revoke Quicken’s access under third-party access.

There is no such option as "Third-Party Site Access".

The correct place to go is Security Center → Overview, and then scroll down to "Data Sharing" and click "Review". This page is titled "Third-party access" and that's where you can delete the data sharing with Quicken/Intuit.

Hope this helps someone.

That is correct and what I see too.

    Hello @Dave1234 & @miklk,

Thank you for sharing the current process for removing Quicken's authorization to connect with Bank of America. Hopefully, this will help others encountering issues finding where to revoke access.

    Thank you!
