Downloading Citi CC issue 6/21/2025-1/6/2026
I have a Citi CC and tried downloading activity. It skipped all activity from 6/21/2025 - 1/6/2026, but included all activity before and after these dates. Not wanting to manually input six months of transactions into Quicken, I was able to download my 2025 activity into an Excel worksheet. Can I download the worksheet into Quicken?

Hello @Brad J,
Thank you for reaching out with this question. Quicken isn't able to import Excel Worksheets. If you're able to convert the file to a CSV file and format it the way that Quicken needs in order to import, then you would be able to import that information into your Quicken as a new account (There is no option to link to an existing account when importing a CSV file). You would be able to copy/paste the transactions from the new account into the correct account. For information on importing a CSV file, please see this article: .
I hope this helps!
