Fidelity FZDXX not handled correctly with latest Quicken Classic on Mac version
In one account, I have Fidelity premium money market FZDXX. I can see the money market position but the online cash balance includes the amount in FDZXX.
In a different account, I have an FZDXX position. It does not show up in positions but I can see a reinvent dividend on 2/27/26 in the position. Like the other account, the FZDXX position is included in the online cash balance.

I am having same problem; FMPXX and FZDXX do not download to my accounts. They did previously. I tried to add shares which corrected balance but when I updated they wee no longer there.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for reporting this issue.
We do currently have an Open Alert for various issues we have been seeing with Fidelity. The alert asks that you contact Quicken Support directly so they can investigate these on a case-by-case basis.

I discovered the FZDXX problem this week. Transactions show in the register, but FZDXX is not listed in the Portfolio or Dashboard views. Consequently, holdings in FZDXX do not show in the account total in the sidebar. A similar problem was fixed in the summer of 2025 following Fidelity's update on their end. (SPAXX is a whole other problem that was never resolved from the summer 2025).

Same problem here. FZDXX does not show up in Portfolio or Dashboard view even though the transactions show in the register. As a result my Quicken account balance is drifting farther and farther away from Fidelity's, as transactions occur. Been seeing this since January.

I have had issues with Fidelity-Quicken for months. Hard to make time to call a service desk. There are multiple problems. I'm disappointed, things used to work well.
