New JP Morgan Investment accounts are not being added

I have it set up that new accounts will automatically be added to Quicken. This is not working. Even when I try to manually add the new accounts, Quicken isn't picking them up. Now what?

    • What happens when you try adding these accounts?
    • Did you set these up to be automatically added from the bank's website?
      • If so, please reach out to the bank for assistance with this.
      • If not, please explain how this was set up this way.
    • Are you the primary account holder on these accounts?
    • Are you getting any errors when you try adding these?
