For the past few months I cannot download from EQ bank on my mac Care Code: FDP-106 Details:
ACCOUNT_MISMATCH
Account not found. No accounts returned - case 106

This has been a known issue for over 2 months. At this point we all shouldn't be paying for quicken subscription if you can't make a simple bank integration work.

    Hello @tinyparticle,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The FDP-106 error with EQ Bank is part of an issue that has already been reported and escalated internally. Our teams are actively investigating this with the financial institution; however, we do not currently have an ETA for resolution.

Because the connection relies on the financial institution’s systems and data being returned correctly, issues like this sometimes require coordination with the bank before a fix can be implemented.

For now, please continue to follow the existing Community Alert for this issue, as any updates or new information will be posted there as soon as they become available.

We appreciate your patience in the meantime! Thank you.

    Hello @Tayls77

I encountered a similar issue with my inability to connect to EQ Bank. However, I resolved the issue by disconnecting the connection entirely and reconnecting it two days ago. As a result, the connection is now functioning properly.

I went so far as to delete and recreate the account and it still wouldn't connect but that was a month ago so I will try it again. I appreciate the feedback and wish me luck.

    Thanks,

    Hello All,

Thank you all for sharing your experiences here.

I’m glad to hear that reconnecting the account worked in your case, @Tayls77, and thank you @debbeh for sharing that workaround, it can certainly help others who are encountering the same error.

That said, I do want to clarify that the FDP-106 issue with EQ Bank is still considered an ongoing known issue that has been escalated. While reconnecting the account can sometimes temporarily resolve the error for some users, it may not work for everyone, and the issue could potentially return.

We are still waiting on a permanent resolution, which requires coordination with the financial institution. For that reason, we recommend continuing to follow the Community Alert for any official updates.

If anyone who was able to reconnect does see the issue return, please feel free to report back here. That information can be helpful for our teams as well.

Thank you all again for your patience and for helping each other out!

@Tayls77 That’s great to hear—glad you were able to get everything updated! Hopefully it continues to hold, but if the issue does return, definitely let us know.

    Thanks again for the update!
