We are aware of an issue affecting some customers connected to Rocket Mortgage or Mr. Cooper, where mortgage accounts may incorrectly appear as paid off or display a $0 balance in Quicken for Windows and Mac.

Our teams are actively investigating the cause and working toward a resolution. We will share updates as more information becomes available.
