Won't load data

I can log in, but it will not load my data. Useless to me right now.

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this problem. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

    • When did this issue start?
    • Which web browser are you using?
    • Does the same issue occur if you use a different web browser?
    • Do you have any browser extensions, such as an ad blocker or pop-up blocker?
      • If you do, have you tried pausing them?
    • Do you use a VPN?
      • If you do, have you tried turning it off?
