- When did this issue start?
- Which web browser are you using?
- Does the same issue occur if you use a different web browser?
- Do you have any browser extensions, such as an ad blocker or pop-up blocker?
- If you do, have you tried pausing them?
- Do you use a VPN?
- If you do, have you tried turning it off?
