Bill and Income Reminders (# Due) .. stay minimized

When there are bills / income due to be entered I don't want this section to be open when I go into a checking account (spending). How do I stop this behavior?

My Bills / Income are set to auto enter 10 business days before set due / schedule date.
Again they shouldn't show up in this area below my register if they are set to auto enter.

    If the date entered is after today's date they will be entered below the blue line. Is that what you are seeing?
